Family Planning

Family Road Healthy Start Prenatal Clinic and Healthy Start Case Managers provide education and information on family planning. Case managers also provide resources and referrals on birth control (pills, implants, injections, condoms, and IUDs), cervical cancer screening and treatment for most abnormal results, contraceptive counseling and education. Referrals for prescriptions, and follow-up visits to treat STIs, vaccines for both males and females for the prevention of HPV and transportation to family planning appointments for those who qualify under Take Charge Plus.
